Dale Morrison, CCIM - Detailed Resume

Dale Morrison, CCIM has been involved in real estate for nearly three decades.  Beginning with the lending side in Southern California in 1983, he had the opportunity to work with some of the best lenders in the business and received a valuable education on financing real estate including sectors from government-backed programs to hard money.  Dale received his first real estate license in California in 1983, and has subsequently added Nevada (agent) and Utah (broker).

 His career included both buyer and seller representation in multiple jurisdictions, and his experience with prior market downturns and transitions is particularly valuable.  Dale specializes in investment real estate with a sub-specialty of residential income property and had deep experience in IRS section 1031 like-kind exchanges.  He holds the coveted Gold Card Exchangor designation.  Mr. Morrison also has work experience in both residential and multi-family appraisal, and extensive background in hard money lending.

Other designations held are the GRI (Graduate, Realtors Institute), RECS (Real Estate Cyberspace Society), and the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member).  The CCIM is one of the most difficult and prestigious designations and reflects his expertise, real world experience, and commitment to education.  Dale also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Finance from California State University at Long Beach.
