A 1982 graduate of From 1990 to 2002 he worked in the Southern Nevada market for some of the area's top firms and eventually opened his own company. Graig was a beta-tester for the first GIS systems, and spent time specializing in office, industrial, retail and land, providing him with a broad range of expertise and experience.

Graig has experience in most areas of real estate including; residential, retail, office, and industrial sales and leasing; development; investment sales; gaming properties; and independent fee-based consulting. He won the 1996 Chairman's Award, NAI's highest honor for brokerage excellence chosen by his peers, and was named in Las Vegas Business Press 1995 annual “Top 40 under 40” business leaders for the category of commercial real estate. Graig wrote and taught Clark County School District's first full-year real estate course, with elements on urban planning, property analysis, and development. He is active in many industry groups, holds the SIOR designation and is a candidate for the CCIM and ALC designations. Mr. Griffin works often as a consultant for other developers on project design and brokerage, and advises several other brokerage firms on technology and marketing. He teaches both technical and sales classes and publishes regularly.
